Our Community

Committed To Giving Back

Our commitment to our community stems from our SOAR values, which motivate us to develop strong relationships with our clients, employees, and suppliers. Our employees give over 1,300 hours of work time each year to volunteer with community organizations, as well as organizing fundraising efforts to support these causes.

Our associates gather annually at Feed My Starving Children to hand-pack meals for malnourished children in an effort to help break the cycle of poverty in countries around the world.

Our teams join with other community volunteers to help build homes throughout the Twin Cities for families in need, including military Veterans.

Associates participate in blood drives twice a year to help save and sustain lives in our community. Partnering with MBC allows us to work together to participate in delivering life-saving supplies and services to area hospitals and healthcare partners around the world.

Our associates have a great passion for helping solve the hunger problem in our community. By partnering with Second Harvest Heartland, we help close the missing meal gap through donated time and funds to give our fellow citizens the hope they need.

Over 6,000 homeless youth in Minnesota seek emergency shelter and short-term housing on any given night. Avenues For Homeless Youth strives to provide for these needs, and we have stepped up to support their efforts. From providing services such as gift wrapping during the holiday season, to greeting donors and organizing donation drives, our associates take great pride in lending a helping hand.

Bands for the Brave

Over the past four years, we have raised over $60,000 alongside Honor Our Veterans for causes such as Wounded Warrior Project, HOOAH and Guitars4Vets. These causes are the focus of another great annual event, Bands for the Brave, a fundraiser featuring a collaboration of local bands and hosted at 612 Brew in Northeast Minneapolis. We are proud to have several associates who play for some of these local bands and contribute their time for this great event.
